researching Old Beers.<\/p><p>The second part of the booklet describes the brewing methods for the recipes that follow.<\/p><p>The recipes include Medieval Beers (6), Pale Amber and Amber Beers (17), Light Brown, Brown and Dark Brown Beers (23) and Stouts and Porters
