This booklet was the first publication of the Durden Park Beer Circle based in West London. It was published in 1976.
The recipes were taken from reputable sources and adapted for small-scale brewing by Dr John Harrison. The recipes were evaluated by the members of Durden Park Beer Circle.
There are 15 recipes including Unhopped Ales, Spiced Ales and a range of Beers with an original gravity between 1.055 and 1.120.
